Creative posture sequences linked together with breathe and movement, for a yummy yoga flow. Modifications will be given, as well as options for moving further into certain asanas. This class is a great place to learn how to manage yourself on the mat. If you’re feelin’ spicy, go for it. If you’re feeling like a more even flow, create it. It’s your practice. – Suitable for beginners with a little experience, as well as seasoned yogis
Just think DELICIOUS when it comes to this class. Slow but strong fluid movements meant to gradually, and systematically open up the body and mind, so you can open up to your day, (or cruise into your evening). Similar to our flow classes, but with strong focus on the breath. Tuning into the magic marriage on one breath, one movement at a time. Increasing the detoxification effect on a cellular level. Practicing this way assists the shift of the attention inward. The aim is to have a constant and consistent flow throughout the whole practice. Again we say…..YUMMY for this class.
Community Yoga is a Donation-Based All Levels Flow. This class is a time to come together, to move together, to create the good vibration together. This practice is an opportunity for everyone to be able to practice in a group setting no matter what you can pay at that time. Suggested donation is $8. Unable to donate….that’s cool, just bring your body, your mind, and we promise by the time you leave your spirit will be front and center. Your practice is an offering on it’s own. 10% of all donations made will be given to a local cause in our community. Bring the family, bring your friends! Breathe deep, feel good, have fun… We will be alternating teachers weekly for this class, so check the schedule often to see who is up. Or just take this opportunity to sample our lovely crew of teachers, and sample a smorgasbord of music every week!
Straight-Up Ashtanga is exactly that…straight-up old school ashtanga primary series. You’ll be led through a logical sequence of postures to heal and detox the body and mind. The Ashtanga Practice leaves no stone unturned in the body. Breath is integral in this practice. Yeah, you will sweat, but we promise, this practice is accessable for most folks. It’s the ULTIMATE, dude!
Ashtanga Fusion is a balanced, well rounded practice. A “Fusion” of the basic Ashtana primary series, with a little flow in the mix. Taught at an accesable pace for everyone. Focusing on some alignment, as well as flowing, and moving in sync with your breathe. You can make this practice as easy, or as challenging as you wish. There are modifications given. This is a unified class that can be enjoyed by all levels. Come dig into your Prana, and turn on your body’s natural healing force. – Suitable for beginners with a little experience, as well as seasoned yogis

This therapeutic and most relaxing practice has something for everyone. Long holds…digging deep…the ultimate release. In Yin Yoga, long-held relaxed postures and deep breathing get into the deep connective tissues of the body allowing the body to loosen, lengthen, and let go on a deeper level. You’ll gain flexibility in the tendons and ligaments and decompress the joints in the body, opening up these deep, dense, rarely touched areas. A Yin practice will help you move effortlessly, balance with ease, feel uplifted and stronger in your posture. Experience profound letting go and surrender. By the time your eyes open after savasana (final relaxation), you’ll be blissed out and totally rejuvenated.
Learn and explore the basic postures of Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series at an accessible pace. Ashtanga is a very logical order of postures meant to give attention to the WHOLE BODY. Leaving no stone unturned. A very unified practice of cleansing the and detoxing the muscles and organs, and opening up gateways of energy in the joints. This practice is very meditative, as it is a set series of postures you practice. Over time, the practice becomes second nature, and it is easy to experience that “meditation in motion” folks talk about. Breath is integral in this practice. Welcome to Ashtanga…..not as SCAWY at all as people tend to think.
Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being.

Let go of the week…groove into the weekend on a yoga high with a fun, dynamic vinyasa flow set to funky, blissed out tunes, followed by a glass of wine and chill time.
